Spheroid formation in non-adhesion conditions was compared between OCA treated and untreated control cells. OCA treatment (10 days) impaired formation of spheroids by both mixed and mucinous iCCA cells, and these effects were dose-dependent. At the highest concentration of 2 μM, spheroid formation was almost totally impaired by OCA.
