Mice were fed a control diet, high-fat diet (HFD), HFD with conophylline (HFD + CnP, 0.5 μg/g), or HFD with conophylline (HFD + CnP, 1 μg/g). Relative mRNA expression levels of SREBF1 (A), FASN (B), ApoB (C), MTTP (D), PPARA (E), CPT1 (F), CPT2 (G), ACOX1 (H), and CD36 (I) were evaluated. Hepatic β-hydroxybutyrate contents were evaluated using ELISA (J). Statistical analysis was performed using ANOVA, and the data are expressed as means ± SE.</p
