This dataset presents the results of a standard set of laboratory tests performed on an unselected population of children (The dataset consists of one .csv file. There are 31 columns for 31 measured parameters, including: - sex - hb: haemoglobin measurement - age_months: age at time of admission - died: survival status at time of discharge - mal_par: malarial parasites detected by a blood film - transfusion_status: receipt of whole blood transfusion during admission- hiv_cat: HIV statusalong with a range of other demographic and clinical symptom variables.
