Results from an ESIP FUNding Friday grant to automatically analyze Jupyter notebooks found on GitHub. We developed a Mongo Database to hold notebooks and created extraction jobs to find imported libraries, referenced URLs and the content of Markdown Headers. The presentation was given during the session "Completing the Earth Science Cookbook" at the Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) Winter Meeting in January 2019
