The x-axis represents the percentage of top gene/links used, the y-axis the z-score of observed vs. expected number of gene/links. The z-score is calculated by relating the observed number of SyNet gene/links that are present in existing biological networks to the expected distribution. To calculate the expected distribution, genes in biological networks are shuffled.</p
