Abstract

Quantification of the RNA expression levels of the interacting molecules relative to the Untransfected control cells, which was set to 100 96h after the first siRNA transfection. Values were obtained as ratios of the RNA of interest over GAPDH control. Specifically, LRSAM1 downregulation significantly decreased the levels of LRSAM1 (30% ±3.86%, pTSG101 (45% ±2.19%, pUBE2N (52%±3.05%, pVPS28 (47%±3.62%, pEGFR (49%±3.38%, pMDM2 (45%±2.44%, pAP-3 (96%±2.59%, pLRSAM1 knocked down and Untransfected cells. TSG101 downregulation significantly decreased the levels of TSG101 (33% ±1.11%, pVPS28 (55%±2.86%, pMDM2 (79%±3.37%, pLRSAM1 (96% ±4.41%, pUBE2N (94%±2.97%, pEGFR (96%±3.96%, pAP-3 (99%±4.57%, p<0.0462) were similar to the Untransfected cells.<...
