Investigation of LRSAM1 interacting molecules in the CMT2P patient lymphoblastoid cell line.

(A) RNA expression analysis of most likely interacting molecules in patient and three control individuals’ samples. GAPDH was used as a housekeeping internal control. (B) Quantification of the mRNA expression levels of the molecules relative to the control samples. The average of controls 1 to 3 was set to 100. Values were obtained as ratios of the RNA of interest over GAPDH control. Specifically, the patient lymphoblastoid cell line showed significantly lower levels of TSG101 (42.21% ±1.62%, pUBE2N (40.94%±1.90%, pVPS28 (35.14%±2.62%, pEGFR (42.58%±0.21%, pMDM2 (39.44%±3.55%, pAP-3 (97.34%±3.98%, p<0.104) showed similar expression between the patient and control samples. Amplification of each primer set was repeated in triplicate.
