Glaucoma is an eye disease associated with the increase in the internal eye pressure. This thesis investigates the impacts of irregular outflow of the fluid that resides in the eye on eye pressure regulation and treatment of glaucoma. Minor effects are observed on the pressure regulation but greater influences are predicted on treatment of glaucoma. Furthermore, damage of the optic nerve pertaining to different corneal thickness is investigated. Results suggest that a thinner cornea may lead to a higher risk of glaucoma progression. Besides eye pressure, mechanical properties of the sclera and the optic nerve head tissues are found to play significant roles in progression of the disease
