(A, B) Immunofluorescence staining of endogenous DDB1, ESCO2 (A) or ESCO1 (B) proteins. Fixed cells were stained with the corresponding first antibodies and fluorescent second antibodies for confocal microscopy. Nuclei were stained with DAPI.
