The number of amastigotes per mg tissue at 21, 180, and 240dpi is represented. The experimental infectious challenge using L. infantum promastigotes was effective. Parasite burden is higher in the infection control group (GII) than in the pPAL-LACK/pPAl-canIL12-p35/pPAL-canIL12-p40 inoculation group (GI).</p
