The zip folder contains text files with microsatellite data. The microsatellite data from the metamorphs (genetic_data_froglets_cleaned.txt), the microsatellites for four eggs per clutch (genetic_data_LB_froglets.txt) used as maternal sibs, the marker error rates to be used in Colony (MarkerTypeErrorRate.txt) and the known maternal relationship and offspring genotypes as output from Colony
