Lymph node cells isolated from mice after 67 days of infection were cultured for 4 h in a solution with 20 ng/ml of PMA, 1μg/ml Ionomycin and brefeldin A. Cells were surface stained with anti-CD3-PerCP and anti-CD8-APC-CY7 and evaluated by flow cytometry (FACSCanto II BD). CD8+ T producing IFNγ+ A. percentage B. number of cells.
