Py17XNL-immune and non-immune mice (n = 5/group) were transferred with CTFR+Py17XNL-infected pRBC, with peripheral RBC monitored at timepoints indicated for: (A) loss of Gen0 (CTFR+) pRBC over the first 25 hours, and (B) emergence over 3 days of Gen1+ (CTFR-) pRBC, with zoomed-in box showing the first 25 hours in more detail.
