Fluorescence micrographs of HBEC-5i cells stained with FITC phalloidin for F-actin detection. Note that CNF1, but not CNF1 C866S, induce a remarkable reorganization of actin in stress fibers and membrane protrusions and that these modifications are partially reduced when cells are pre-treated with the Rock inhibitor Y27632 and the Rac/Cdc42 inhibitor ML141.
