Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations became a leading tool for investigation of structural dynamics of nucleic acids. Despite recent efforts to improve the empirical potentials (force fields, ffs), RNA ffs have persisting deficiencies, which hamper their utilization in quantitatively accurate simulations.
