This paper aims to substantiate the theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations for the development of tools for analytical assessment of enterprise development taking into account the educational-professional potential of the personnel (in the management system) as a factor of the effectiveness of the functioning of the enterprise and the formation of its prospect.
