there are two zip files. fluorescence source data.zipStored the source images and PSFs in the experimentsEvaluation_and_image_sequence.zip Stored the reconstructed images submitted for the inspection by biologists. Zoomed-in images by our boost-decon and the comparative methods (Huygens,TBV-PB,RLTV, WPL,PURELET) were sent to biologists with info about their processing methods removed for visual inspection. The excel tables are the recorded acceptance rate and quality score for each image by the biologists. Each excel file is from one biologist only.
