Western diet effects on hepatic gene expression linked to apoptosis and autophagy (A), notch signaling (B); hedgehog and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) (C) and cancer (C). Hepatic transcripts were quantified by qRTPCR using cyclophilin as the reference gene.
