Supplementary figure 1. Effects of cisplatin on viability of NRK52E cells and HK-2 cells.NRK52E cells were incubated with different concentrations of cisplatin (2.5 μM, 5 μM, and 20 μM) for 6 h. After cisplatin removal, cells were maintained in medium alone. (A1 and A2) Viable cells were counted and cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay at 6 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h post cisplatin treatment.
