Rhabdoviral particles pseudotyped with the indicated viral glycoproteins were used for transduction of 293T cells treated with the indicated inhibitors at the indicated time points. Transduction efficiency was analyzed by determining luciferase activities in cell lysates at 24 h post transduction. The average of three independent experiments performed with triplicate samples is shown. Transduction measured in the presence of DMSO was set as 100%. Error bars indicate standard error of mean (SEM). Asterisks indicate a statistical significant decrease (* = p<0.05; ** = p<0.01; *** = p<0.001) of transduction efficiency in the presence of inhibitor compared to DMSO.</p
