This thesis develops a novel dry spinning approach to the smart fiber-based stretchable electronics. It covers the materials, fabrication methods, structure designs, characterizations, and demonstrations of three wearable devices based on the dry-spun stretchable fiber conductors, indicating that the dry spinning approach provides a new path to the wearable textile electronics
