Abstract

A. Stage I, the gonad was transparent and small in size and the testicular part was substantially bigger than ovarian part, with inconspicuous oviduct and vas deferens; B. Stage II, the color of the gonad was cloudy white and the size of testicular part and ovarian part were roughly similar, with obvious oviduct and vas deferens; C. Stage III, the ovarian part was earthy brown or yellow-green color and the ovarian part was greater than the testicular part; D. Stage IV, the ovarian part was dark green and the testicular part in the gonad was much smaller than the ovarian part; ov: ovary; t: testis; od: oviduct; vd; vas deferens.</p
