BM-MNCs were treated for 4h with DSBA at increasing concentrations from 5 to 20 μM and levels of Nrf2 protein and the Nrf2-dependent genes HO-1, ALDH1, and GSTP were assessed by immunoblotting in cellular extracts before (A) or after fractionation of cytosolic (B) and nuclear components (C).</p
