Predicted gene sequences of legume infecting Fusarium oxysporum formae speciales

Gene prediction in the genomic assemblies of two Fusarium oxysporum formae speciales i.e. ciceris (PRJNA282695) and medicagenis (PRJNA294248) were done using Augustus gene prediction tool (Hoff & Stanke, 2013) (bioinf.uni-greifswald.de/webaugustus) after training it with F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici ( PRJNA18813) reference sequences dataset. All the sequences were taken from NCBI database (https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject)
