Spectral domain-OCT (SD-OCT), projection artifact removal (PAR) OCTA (Optovue, Inc.) and PR-OCTA scans at thresholds of 0.5, 0.7 and 1.0 of the same eye in Fig 1. The RAP lesion (yellow circle) shows persistent flow signal despite increasing PR-OCTA thresholds. Red pixel percentage decreased between PR-OCTA thresholds 0.5, 0.7 and 1.0 from 42.5% to 39.9% then 37.7%, but remained higher at 1.0 than green and blue pixels (30.9% and 31.3%, respectively).</p
