ABSTRACT Purpose: Diagnose and quantify the presenteeism and its relations with cooperation in the reality of a public research organization. Originality/value: This study is an initiative to face the current challenge of measuring presenteeism through inclusive approaches, providing actionable information about this behaviour and integrating multidisciplinary knowledge in order to understand the factors that influence it and the factors that are influenced by it, as well as how the presenteeism affects productivity at work.
