(A) Jurkat T cells were transduced and positively selected for indicated CARs and then infected with VSV-G pseudotyped NL4-3.Luc. 24 h post infection, cells were lysed for luciferase analysis. Data are presented as fold difference in RLUs over unstimulated cells for each CAR+ population.
