Oligonucleotide sequences are presented for the forward and reverse primers for the cytokines, TNFα, IL-6 and IL-10, the negative regulatory molecules Tollip and IRAK-M, the LPS receptor TLR4 and for the control housekeeping gene, GAPDH. Primer sequences were designed using Primer Express Software (Appiled Biosystems, UK) for amplicon product size between 100–150 base pairs (bp).</p
