(A) Purified proteins were subjected to SDS-PAGE, followed by oriole staining. The empty vector (EV) was used as a negative control. An arrowhead indicates the band corresponding to MuV-L1-900-FOS. (B) List of proteins identified by mass spectrometry. The numbers indicate the total spectrum counts for each protein family. (C) FLAG-RuvBL1 or FLAG-RuvBL2 were co-expressed with HA-MuV-L1-900 in 293T cells, immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody, and immunoblotted with anti-FLAG and anti-HA antibodies. (D) 293T cells were infected with MuV at a MOI of 5.0 and transfected with pcDNA-FLAG-RuvBL1 or pcDNA-FLAG-RuvBL2. After 24 h, cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies.</p
