This article addresses the challenges associated with the publication of electoral polls in the media from the perspective of the polling organizations that produce them. Methodology: From 7 in-depth interviews with responsible for the main opinion studies in Spain, characteristics of the making of the electoral polls and their publication are identified. Results and conclusions: In conclusion, three challenges related to the legislative structure that governs the publication of the electoral polls and their limitations, the verification of the published data and the disclosure of them based on three relationship patterns established between the polling organizations and media: distanced, embedded and integrated models.Este artículo aborda ...
