Mail Censorship Room at Zossen

British and French prisoners unpack newly arrived letters and parcels from home in the mail censorship room at Zossen. German officers inspect the packages carefully for contraband. POW\u27s often complained about the inspection process which required the opening of tins and the reduction of shelf life of these packages.
