Biblické příběhy na 1. stupni ZŠ

This thesis provides with bringing the Holy Bible stories closer to the pupils at primary school. Theoretical part deals with the origin and history of the Holy Bible, with the contents and the messages of both the Old and New Testament as well aswith the history of the Holy Bible in Bohemia and Moravia. It compares various editions of so called "children´s bibles", and it deals with a development of the reading competence of primary schools-aged children as well as with the understanding of the biblical text by pupils at primary school. In the practical part there are shown specific teaching methods and ways which can be used in the lessons dealing with biblical stories. Specific lessons considering the topic which have been delivered are described in a profound and thorough way. There is a reflection and feedback of the pupils, too. These topics can be used as a thematically focussed teaching resource for work with children at primary school
