Work commitment is a key for the best achievement in education based on organization’s impetus to form a competent and sustainable work. Basic shura framework is the foundation for work commitment enhancement and it ensures the existence of a mahabbah organisational relationship. An increase in work commitment is done through shura practice in the organization to create a progressive education.
