Introduction: In order to prevent and reduce social inequalities in perinatal health, the Bouches-du-Rhône Departmental Council, through its Mother and Child Health (MCH), has set up a medico-social system called "post-natal links". Although old, this system has never been evaluated on its interest and limitations. The number of links has been constantly increasing over the last ten years.
