Hubungan Antara Postur Kerja Dengan Keluhan Muskuloskeletal Pada Pekerja Bagian Packing Di PT. Shinta Konveksi Boyolali

The workers are very susceptible to work-related diseases and without them knowing that many work-related diseases will be experienced when they work. The activity of transferring one item from one place to another is one activity that is often carried out by humans both in daily life and while working. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between work posture and musculoskeletal complaints in the packing section at PT. Shinta Koveksi Boyolali. The method of this study was carried out in an observational quantitative study with analytical design through a cross sectional approach based on observations and interviews, then analyzed and evaluated using data analysis techniques so that the correlation between work posture and musculoskeletal complaints in the packing section at PT. Shinta Koveksi Boyolali. The population in this study were all workers in the packing section. Sampling with total sampling, which is all worker populations in the packing section. The results of the statistical test showed a significant correlation between work posture and musculoskeletal complaints (p-value = 0.028 ≤ 0.05)
