This study analyzes the effects of self efficacy and self-paste on employees that affect individual performance. The purpose of this study is to prove empirically that self-efficacy and self-esteem can affect individual performance as an intervening variable. This study used a survey through questionnaires to respondents at PT. Squirrel Adyamas Boyolali. This study uses a sample of employees at PT. Squirrel Adyamas Boyolali as many as 100 respondents. The results showed that job satisfaction directly had a significant effect on individual performance, self esteem had a significant effect on self efficacy. individual performance is influenced by self efficacy and self esteem
