Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Minat Warga dalam Memiliki Jamban Sehat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sangkrah Kota Surakarta

The working area of Sangkrah Community Health Center is the lowest in the data of ownership of healthy latrines in the city of Surakarta, the low ownership of healthy latrines is influenced by the interest of residents in having healthy latrines. Interest as an inclination in individuals to be interested in ownership of healthy latrines. Lack of interest in having healthy latrines can be a disease outbreak for residents will expand if Open Defecation still occurs, for example defecate in rivers, gardens and other places that do not meet the requirements. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family income, knowledge, attitudes and support of health workers to the interest of citizens in having healthy latrines in the working area of Sangkrah Surakarta Public Health Center. This type of research is observational analytic using a cross sectional approach.The population in this study were family heads who did not have healthy latrines in the Sangkrah Community Health Center working area. The number of research samples is 113 families selected using proportional sampling. Data is collected by questionnaire. The results of data analysis based on Chi Square tes,t show that there is a relationship between knowledge and interest in having a healthy toilet p-value 0.024. There is a relationship between attitude and interest of citizens in having healthy latrines p-value 0.011. There is a relationship between the support of health workers with a interest in having healthy latrines p-value 0.021. There is no relationship between family income and interest in having a healthy toilet p-value 0.585
