Beacon buddies get a brake

Demonstrates how rectangular rapid flashing beacons work at a crosswalk. Oregon DOT just installed a rectangular rapid flashing beacon in a school zone crosswalk in Vernonia as part of a project to enhance safety at the intersection of Bridge and Missouri Streets.
