Japanese beetles in Oregon

Japanese beetle (JB) is a destructive insect moving its way west across the U.S. It first arrived on the East Coast in 1916 and has since established throughout the eastern, midwestern, and southeastern United States. JB has recently been found in Washington County, Oregon. It is important that the public take part in early detection to prevent its spread.
