Les systèmes théranostiques, consistant en un dispositif unique contenant des agents de diagnostic et des principes actifs, suscitent un interêt accru car ils peuvent améliorer le traitement de maladies telles que le cancer en réduisant les effets secondaires des médicaments et en permettant un suivi du traitement. L’objectif de ce travail était d’insérer des Quantum Dots (QDs) à base de ZnO dans des nanoparticules lipidiques pouvant délivrer un principe actif anti-cancéreux.
