L’Insuffisance Rénale Chronique (IRC) résulte de la destruction progressive et irréversible des reins. Elle est associée à une rétention de toxines urémiques à l’origine des nombreuses complications de la maladie rénale chronique (cardiovasculaires, osseuses ou métaboliques). Nos travaux se sont focalisés sur l’impact de la dysfonction rénale et de l’urémie sur la fonction barrière de l’intestin et la motilité intestinale.
