L’addiction à l’alimentation (AA) est un concept ancien, mais encore sujet de controverses qui toucherait 18 à 24 % des obèses. Dans cette thèse, nous nous sommes intéressés aux intrications entre régulations du comportement alimentaire, addiction et AA, afin de mieux comprendre les mécanismes liés à la désinhibition de la prise alimentaire.
