L’obésité commune chez l’enfant et l’adolescent constitue actuellement un problème de santé publique, tant dans les pays industrialisés qu’en développement et le caractère protéiforme de ses causes en font une pathologie multifactorielle. Les champs cliniques et neurobiologiques ont permis d’isoler certains facteurs psycho-affectifs et sociaux, des vulnérabilités psychopathologiques ou des particularités dans la régulation du comportement.
