L’objectif de ce travail était d’évaluer, selon une approche épidémiologique et thérapeutique transversale multimodale, les facteurs pronostiques de survie du CHC dans le cadre de sa prise en charge chirurgicale après transplantation hépatique ou résection chirurgicale. La première étape a été de déterminer les données de survie de la littérature après ces deux traitements chirurgicaux. Nous avons donc réalisé une méta-analyse des données de la littérature afin de comparer les résultats de la survie globale et de la survie sans récidive chez les patients transplantés ou réséqués pour CHC.
