Ce travail de thèse porte sur l’étude, numérique et expérimentale, des mécanismes physiques intervenant lors de l’ébullition nucléée. L’étude numérique a été conduite avec un code de simulation numérique directe utilisant une méthode "level set". Cette méthode a été évaluée à travers la simulation de la croissance de bulles dans un liquide surchauffé et de bons accords ont été observés entre nos simulations et les résultats théoriques. Puis, des modèles ont été intégrés à l’outil numérique, afin de simuler la dynamique de la ligne de contact sans changement de phase.
