De nos jours, les capteurs capacitifs sont largement utilisés dans la mesure de grandeurs physiques telles que le déplacement, l’humidité, la pression, etc. Cette large diffusion est principalement due au développement des technologies MEMS qui ont permis de réduire leur coût, leur taille et leur consommation.
