Dans un contexte de changement climatique dont les projections régionales sont incertaines, de forte variabilité inter-annuelle du cycle hydrologique, de forte croissance démographique et de changement d'occupation des sols, les questions relatives au cycle hydrologique et à la ressource en eau actuels et à venir sont cruciales.
