Le diabète de type 2 (DT2) représente un enjeu de santé publique au regard de ses complications, qui sont des maladies complexes, où interagissent des déterminants génétiques et environnementaux.L'objectif de ce travail était d'étudier ces déterminants dans trois populations indépendantes de patients DT2 en couplant études transversales (DIAB2NEPHROGENE) et longitudinales (SURDIAGENE et DIABHYCAR) totalisant 7767 sujets.
