Un objectif central en biologie est de comprendre la relation entre le génotype et le phénotype. Mes travaux de thèse s’inscrivent dans cette thématique et focalisent sur les populations naturelles d’une même espèce, en utilisant la levure Saccharomyces cerevisiae comme système d’étude. Dans un premier temps, je me suis focalisée sur l’effet des mutations présentes dans différents isolats naturels sur l’apparition de l’isolement reproductif, un processus engendrant la perte de la viabilité de la descendance lors du croisement.
