Le but de cette thèse est d'étudier la propagation des ondes ultrasonores dans les milieux présentant des diffuseurs allongés, et plus particulièrement les alliages de titane comportant des macrozones. Cette étude est menée à l'aide d'un dispositif expérimental constitué d'un transducteur multi-éléments linéaire en rotation autour de son axe, piloté par une électronique multivoie programmable. Le champ rétrodiffusé par un milieu à diffuseurs allongés présente une cohérence spatiale anisotrope et nous montrons que l'intensité rétrodiffusée par un tel milieu dépend de l'orientation du transducteur dans le plan perpendiculaire à la direction d'insonification.
